After you’ve listened to Track 1 at least once, go on to Track 2.
Track two is dual voice, on two separate recording tracks, overlaying message over a message and is a very powerful way to double suggestion in the same amount of time. Although confusing to the conscious mind, the subconscious mind can hear hundreds of separate messages that move from left to the right brain hemisphere, depending on whether the suggestion is creative and problem-solving, or linear and logical. Logical suggestions enter into the right ear that stimulates left-brain activity. Creative suggestions enter into the left ear that stimulates right brain activity. It is a wonderful way to take in positive suggestions for quick and lasting positive change.
