Now, first of all, I have to admit, the title of this TPA hypnosis process title is sort of misleading. In the real world, we cannot totally eliminate all frustrations and the stress and side effects that come with frustration. However, we can learn to better manage and cope with them as we integrate the past positive behaviors that you are already doing right, with improved behaviors that needed to be improved anyway. And the beauty of this precise process is, it integrates the right and left sides of the brain, so you are creating new strategies for your own improvement without even being consciously aware that it is happening.
With all that out of the way, let me address those of you all who can identify with the issues of frustrations and anger. One usually leads to the other, and that is my conclusion, at least. Learning to catch and reframe yourself when you begin to feel the process of anger beginning can really teach you how to help yourself.
